Hopefully this helped you understand a whole lot about Windows Live and just how this generation of PC games designed to use live function and how the modding works in general with ASI loaders/wrappers no less than for GTA IV. Other games sometimes work just as has been trainers doing direct modification and theres no need for any wrapper or loader because trainers can disable XLIVE protection.
